Ritvik Pandey is an international entrepreneur with more than five years of business experience spanning Nigeria, India, and the Netherlands. His expertise lies in business operations, hospitality consulting, and SME advisory, with a track record of helping businesses streamline processes, strengthen branding, and scale sustainably.

🌍 A Global Entrepreneurial Journey

• Nigeria – Foundations in Business Operations
  Ritvik began his professional journey at his family’s industrial firm, Paras Crushing Co. Ltd., where he handled client consultations, operational documentation, and administrative coordination. This early exposure instilled a strong foundation in structured processes, customer service, and entrepreneurial discipline.

• India – Academic Training & Market Exposure
  Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) gave Ritvik formal grounding in accounting, management, marketing, and business strategy. Alongside his studies, he supported his grandfather in leading the Azadpur Mandi Association Union, Asia’s largest agricultural wholesale market. Here, he learned vendor negotiations, pricing strategy, and supply chain coordination, equipping him to handle high-volume operations and large-scale logistics.

• India – Corporate Experience with Global Projects
  Before relocating to Europe, Ritvik worked with Vaco Binary Semantics LLP on a Google client project in Gurugram (Delhi NCR). This role provided valuable corporate exposure, sharpening his skills in digital operations, teamwork, and process efficiency within a global environment.

• The Netherlands – Academic & Entrepreneurial Growth

  
  Relocating to the Netherlands to pursue an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (specialisation in Hospitality Management) at Tio University of Applied Sciences, Ritvik gained deep insights into Dutch and European business culture, sustainable innovation, and SME development. Alongside his studies, he registered as a KvK freelancer and began actively consulting for Dutch SMEs, building the foundation for KP Impex.
